Marketing Yourself in a Tight Job Market:

If you are now or soon to be laid off it is imperative that you revamp your job search strategies. Preparation of a marketing plan, complete with implementation tactics is crucial. This seminar will cover self-assessment, marketing strategies, setting goals and preparing psychologically for the interview and negotiation process. Unemployed and needing help with your job search in 2010? Come join the Brentwood Library’s Second Cup of Coffee Job Club on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM. Participating in a Job Club is a proven way to enhance your job search, network, get helpful ideas and most importantly find support, encouragement and inspiration. This group will be facilitated by the library’s career counselor and is open to adults who are job hunting or looking to change careers.
