across the State. Because job announcements, openings, and examinations for
jobs with the NYS Unified Court System are not included on the Civil Service
website, they are sometimes not as widely publicized.

Please disseminate this information to your member libraries and especially
to those with current job and career information centers.

There is an upcoming Court Officer exam application period. Applications are
being accepted now and the registration period ends July 31, 2009. Please
alert public library job information centers about this
exam application deadline.
