Dealing With Difficult People in the Work Place

Come meet Newsday columnist, Carrie Mason-Draffen, as she leads an interesting presentation and discussion on "Dealing with Difficult People in the Work Place." Ms. Mason-Draffen writes a weekly column on business, minority and workplace issues. She will cover topics such as: communicating with a difficult manager, how to stand up for yourself, how to avoid others from getting credit for your ideas, and a lot more. Come learn helpful strategies and communication techniques so that difficult people don't ruin your day!
